Payment
If you are self-funding, we will raise your invoice and charge your card one month before the training starts. The fee charged will be based on whether you have elected for three payments or one full payment to obtain a discount.
If you asked us to invoice a funding body, and you provided the details we need, we will issue the invoice now.
Cancellation, deferring or non-attendance
If you cancel (must be by post or email) between six and eight weeks before the training then a 80% refund can be made. Cancelling between four and six weeks before the training entitles you to a 50% refund.
No refund is due if you cancel less than four weeks prior to the training. Non-attendance without notification forfeits the fee.
In the unlikely event of EMDR Masterclass cancelling a training, a full refund will be given or alternative dates arranged.
Deferring or transferring to another EMDR Masterclass course, less than five weeks before the training will incur a £125+VAT administration charge.
Replacement manuals and certificates
A lost manual can be replaced when the next batch is printed. The fee is £20 inc P&P.
A PDF copy of a lost attendance certificate can be provided by email for an administration charge of £10.
Privacy statement regarding your data
What information is being collected?
We collect details from you as shown on the registration form you complete for EMDR Therapy training. This includes your name, address, telephone, email, dietary and access requirements, and payment information. We store in a database your name, email, what training you have booked and how you are paying (card details are kept safe as a paper record and destroyed securely after the training completes).
If you enquire about training in EMDR Therapy and do not proceed at that time (e.g. not currently eligible under EMDR Europe criteria), we may record your name and email and advise you of further trainings as they come available.
Who is collecting it?
We collect your data as TMR Health Professionals and Training Ltd which runs the EMDR Masterclass trainings and workshops.
Why is it being collected and how will it be used?
We need to administer our trainings and workshops by having a database of registrants and interested professionals.
Who will data be shared with?
Nobody else, unless you give your express permission or we receive a Court Order.
What will be the effect of this on you?
We will send you confirmation of your bookings, joining instructions, receipts, and reminders of things referred to in the trainings. We will also notify you of further EMDR Therapy trainings and workshops we are running. We may let you know about an EMDR Therapy training/support event if we receive a request to do so from the EMDR Association regional group.
Is the intended use likely to cause you to object or complain?
We have had nobody object or complain to date using this system; we do not bombard you with emails. You have the right to opt out at any time by emailing us at info@emdrmasterclass.com.
